FIFA World Cup 2014 - Play-off for third place

The looser of the both the Semi Final matches (Match No. 61 and 62) will complete against each other on Saturday, July 12, 2014 to finalize the third spot.

The teams placed 3^rd and 4^th will receive US$22 million and US$20 million respectively as prize money.
